Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over 30 years' expertise. She has worked with leaders in different industries to improve the performance of their businesses, particularly when growth is rapid. As a consultant to translate human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for companies and plans have been a part of organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. She is a lover of learning and regards the development of leaders as well as teams as the biggest competitive advantage. Through her work with Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and coached individuals who have achieved effectiveness and outcomes. Her work helped to develop cultures which promote innovation in learning as well as positive changes for both individuals as well as teams. Annmarie is driven to volunteer her skills and energy to help aid in the mission of Learning Ally. When she is not working, she also provides support for a variety of non-profit organisations. These include being an part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to supporting women in their development as leaders by providing education for the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization located in North America with the specific goal of providing training, networking and advocacy specifically for hotels in the healthcare industry and also supporting Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization dedicated to reversing the epidemic of addiction across the United States in educating communities to support those who are impacted by the disease of addiction.
