Adelaide Clemens

Born and brought up in Brisbane Australia. The daughter of an English father. Clemens was a model on Australian TV when she was still in high school. She appeared on television in 2006 as a starred as Juliet in the episode Blue Water High and in 2007, she starred as Alison in Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji. Clemens played Harper as Harper in Love My Way, a Showtime drama that was released the same year. The role was so well-known that she was nominated for the Graham Kennedy Award at the Logie Awards 2008 for Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens was a part of Dream Life (2008), an intense MTV Networks Australia film. It starred Sigrid Thornton Xavier and Samuel Linda Cropper Andrew McFarlane. In the following season, Clemens was the brand new face of Jan Logan jewelery. Clemens relocated from California to Los Angeles in 2009. Clemens starred as Xandrie in the film Wasted on the Young. Clemens played Camilla Dickinson (2012) alongside Gregg Sulkin Cary Elwes Samantha Mathis. She appeared as Heather Mason, a teenager in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The horror film was based on the survival horror game Silent Hill 3 and was a sequel to the film Silent Hill.That year Clemens was also in a leading role as the young suffragette Valentine Wannop in Parade's End a television mini-series adaptation from the Ford Madox Ford tetra-logy co-produced by HBO and BBC Two. Clemens played the role in 2012's terror film, No One Lives starring Luke Evans. The actress also starred as a character in The Great Gatsby (2013) the film that was inspired by F. Scott Fitzgerald's book that has the same title. Catherine Wilson was Isla's sister. Clemens is Tawney Talbot, who is the main character for Ray McKinnon's Sundance Channel miniseries on TV Rectify. Natalie Dormer Stephen Graham Zachary Quinto and Clemens will star in The Girl Who Invented Kissing which is an independent film.
