Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. She was the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance and set herself new goals each year. In 2009, she had won four additional fitness titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show saw her finish in third place. Summer of 2016, she took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no expectation. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The warm-up is done before she moves onto the sets. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
