Ina-Garten
Ina Garten, an American writer of cookery cookbooks and Emmy Award-winning host of Food Network's longest-running program Barefoot Contessa that debuted in 2002, has 27 seasons to 2020. Ina began her career by working for the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget as well as policy papers. While she found it to be stimulating intellectually, eventually she stopped her pursuit and purchased a small specialty store called Barefoot Contessa. After more than 18 years of making her business a massive success, she decided to sell it and started writing her first book. Numerous other cookbooks and magazine columns were later published. Her Food Network television program also began and rapidly gained popularity. Additionally, she offers all kinds of cooking equipment, tools and storage containers. Ina has never been to any cooking school, nor employed in a restaurant, and she is completely self-taught. Ina is known for her relaxed way of making food and hosting. She is well-known for her quick and easy recipes, such as Skillet of Roasted Lemon Chicken Macaroni, Cheese and with Beef Bourguignon and Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
